about the restaurant ORZO VIOLA WROCŁAW
Restauracja Orzo tu po swoim otwarciu była jedna z moich ulubionych. Jednak ostatnie dwie wizyty mocno rozczarowujące. Mimo małej ilości klientów bardzo długi czas oczekiwania na przyjęcie zamówienia. Połowa posiłków podana letnia, posiłek dla dziecka zapomniany, trzeba było się upominać. Jedzenie tez już nie takie smaczne jak na początku. Ogólnie zmiana na gorsze
Restauracja Orzo tu po swoim otwarciu była jedna z moich ulubionych. Jednak ostatnie dwie wizyty mocno rozczarowujące. W restauracji nie można dokonać rezerwacji konkretnego stolika/w wybranym miejscu. Rezerwuje się stolik na określoną godzinę i ilość osób. Według obsługi jeśli zależy Ci na jakimś konkretnym stoliku i przyjdziesz a będzie on wolny, to będziesz mógł tam usiąść. Niestety tak nie jest. Stolik przy którym chcieliśmy usiąść był wolny a mimo zrobionej rezerwacji nie mogliśmy tam usiąść. Osoba z obsługi poinformowała nas, że stolik jest zarezerwowany dla innych osób (?) ... a ponoć nie można zarezerwować konkretnego stolika. Podczas całego kolacji kelnerka nas obsługująca nie podchodziła i nie pytała czy coś donieść/czy coś potrzebujemy. Sami musieliśmy prosić, aby podeszła do stolika. Wystrój i jedzonko super.

Byłyśmy wcześniej. Pani Kelnerka szybko znalazła dla nas miejsce - inne od tego przygotowanego, bo to było jeszcze zajęte. Nowe miejsce także było OK. Szybka obsługa, smaczna pizza, rozchodniaczek gratis od firmy. Ładna zieleń w środku. Bardzo sympatycznie :)
